A program for David Copperfield, performed at His Majestyís Theatre (owned and managed by Sir Herbert Beerbohm Tree) on Saturday evening January 23, 1915.  The playwright was Louis N. Parker.  Beerbohm Tree played two roles: Wilkins Micawber, and Daníl Peggotty. David Copperfield was played by Owen Nares, and Little Emíly by Jessie Winter.  This play had uniformly enthusiastic reviews and enjoyed a successful run.  The play was revived on February 7, 1921 in Edinburgh by amateur actors for the benefit of the Royal Infirmary.
